PREPARATION : 1. Heat oil in a kadhai/deep fryer to 180°C. 2. Without thawing, put the desired quantity of frozen Cambay Tiger Chilli Fish Fingers in hot oil. 3. Deep-fry till golden brown. 4. Take out, drain and serve hot. Overcooking is a culinary offence, punishable with bad texture and unpleasant flavours.
