PREPARATION: 1. Remove required quantity of Cambay Tiger Prawns from the freezer, so it can start its warm-up routine. 2. Thaw at room temperature for 1 hour. 3. Ideal cooking duration is 90-120 seconds. 4. Overcooking is a culinary offence, punishable with bad texture and unpleasant flavors.

STORAGE: Keep it frozen at -18°C or less, it's not a big fan of summer. Do not refreeze after defrosting... too many weather changes for its liking :)
