What is Sea Bass?
Sea bass is a perch like fish with a more or less elongated body and small scales. It has a wide mouth and a straight edged or rounded tail. It is known for its mild flavor and has white, flaky flesh, with varying amount of body fat. Nutritionally although a rich source of protein, it provides low calorie addition to the diet hence recommended for the calorie conscious individuals. It's a good source of vitamin B6 and minerals like phosphorous, magnesium and potassium.
What does it taste like?
Fish flesh is firm and lean with a meaty texture, mild delicate flavour, has white flaky flesh and thus recommended as steak.
