A whole combination of multi-grain in a paratha form. It can be fried in ghee or cooking oil, can be eaten with simply with a blob of butter spread on top but it is best served with pickles and yogurt, or thick spicy curries of vegetable and meat.
This paratha is served with hot curry.

Ingredients (Say hello to the right mix): Refined multigrain flour, edible oil, water, salt, sugar
PREPARATION: 1. Remove a packet of parantha from the freezer. 2. Peel one side of the plastic layering from the parantha and place the uncovered side on a preheated pan. 3. Remove the second piece layering and cook for 1 to 1.5 mins on a moderate flame. 4. Press the parantha gently and turn it over. Pan fry 1-1.5 mins again, until both sides are golden brown. 5. Turn it over and repeat the process, apply gentle pressure to ensure uniform heating.
STORAGE: Keep it frozen at -18°C or less, it's not a big fan of summer. Do not refreeze after defrosting... too many weather changes for its liking :)
