The fish that we don't farm, we buy directly from fishermen! We teach them how to keep the catch fresh on its journey back to the shore. Here, we buy only the freshest catch, which we then cart to our factory in refrigerated trucks.
We clean it, cut it, fillet it, marinate it, and then either turn it into ready-to-cook fish products or freeze it. (There's a whole science to freezing and storing.) Which is why not only does our fresh fish taste fresh, so does our frozen fish, marinated fish and our ready to cook fish. Don't believe us; try it.
